We live in a world where people don’t live for themselves, but for money, status and power.
We live in a world where peace and love are nothing but mere bookish words.
A world where we are forced to mold ourselves into someone we don’t want to be.
We live in a world where love of power dominates the power of love.
We live in a world where people judge us for what we look from outside, not for what we feel from inside.
A world where many of us are young and fresh, yet already tired of life.
This world has become a tiresome place to exist in. But what else choice do we have?
We can’t land on Mars and start over our lives again. We have to survive here and win the battle. The battle we are fighting with ourselves in a f*cked-up world.

How to Stop Feeling Tired of Life?
9 Powerful & Effective Steps to Restart Your Life:
Here are nine life-transforming steps for you to stop feeling tired of life and restart your life once again. Practice them, be patient, then see the miracles happen.
1. Sit with Yourself & Ponder which Things Make You Tired of Life?
To solve a problem, you must know what that problem is. As a first step, be clear and thorough while describing the actual problem.
To make this step effective, first, find time for yourself. Our lives are moving too fast that in this race with people around us, we barely have any time for ourselves. So step back and focus on the task at hand.
Think about all the possible factors that are might be the reason you are not living a life that you have always wanted to live. Ponder deeply about things that are slowly sucking the life out of you.
Think about all the external factors that are ruling your life. Factors that have taken control of the car, we call life, out of your hands into theirs.
Think about internal factors e.g. beliefs, attitudes that are affecting your life badly. Making you a hopeless mess.
After completing the first step, that involved brainstorming, let’s move on to the next step, that’s about shifting your thoughts into words on paper.
2. Take a Notebook. Enlist All Things That Make You Feel Tired of Life
To move on to next step, take a piece of paper and a pencil. Jot down every area of life that’s disturbing you. That’s a constant cause of distress for you.
Write about every aspect of life or factor that you found while brainstorming in the first step.
Putting your thoughts on paper gives you a better vision, clarity and helps you organize your jumbled thoughts.
So write down everything you think is useful. It could be anything like:
- I’m sick of this life because the ongoing cycle of my thoughts is killing me. I can’t ignore constant noise in my mind that’s always telling me how useless or worthless I am. It never fades away.
- I’ m tired because I don’t see myself worthy of doing anything good in life. I am weak, mentally and physically.
- I’m tired because my relationships are constantly falling apart. People leave me thinking I’m too desperate. Or I don’t give them much heed as I’m a hopeless mess myself.
- I’m tired of living because the environment I work in is sucking the life out of me. I can’t even leave that job because who will pay the bills then.
- I don’t have any interests anymore. No hobbies. Nothing for fun. I feel I don’t deserve any such thing.
Include every specific part of your life that’s making you tired of it. It’ll help you recognize what actually the root cause is and where do you need to bring change.
3. Imagine an Ideal Life That You Want to Live
If you really want to live a life where you are no more tired, a life where you are full of dreams and life. Then first imagine that ideal life.
Because you can never build the kind of life that you want to have without even knowing what it is like.
Tips that will help you complete this step are:
Explore yourself. Look inside. Think what your interests are? What your personality traits are? What your strength, your weakness is? Your skills? Your dreams?
Knowing yourself will help you build the life that matches the special person that is you. It will help you make better choices in life.
Imagine a Life That YOU Want
Find who do you want to be? What do you want to achieve? Don’t think what OTHERS want you to achieve. This will not help at all. If you really want to build your happy life then YOU should be the focus of that life.
Don’t Settle Down until You Get Your Life Back
Once you start walking on the right track, don’t settle down until you get what you want.
Hurdles will come your way because the price of change is far higher than the price of doing the same old thing.
The vision of an ideal life that you have created is achievable. Just stay focused. Don’t listen to the inner voice that’s telling you to stop and go back to that comfort zone.
Dream BIG. Nothing can stop you from achieving that.
4. Prioritize Each Aspect of Life That You Want to Change
You can change anything you set your eye and mind on. But changing anything takes time, it does not happen overnight.
Prioritize things you want to change. Giving priority as per the importance will save your energy and time. Give priority to that thing that you think needs to be changed first.
Give yourself some time to adjust according to it. Don’t rush yourself. Focus on changing one thing at one time.
If you try to work on many different aspects simultaneously, you will end up stressed and unhappy. So start with baby steps.
5. It’s Time to Take Action NOW
Write down your daily or weekly goals you want to achieve. Research shows that writing down goals improves your success rate by 42%.
Make goals that are REALISTIC, time-bound and achievable. Divide your task into subtasks. This will help you climb the ladder easily.
While working towards a goal, the first thing that used to come in my mind was, WHAT IF I FAIL? But I did not let it stop me from moving towards my goal. Wondering how?
I redefined the term failure. I realized that there is no such thing as failure, it’s basically feedback. That allows you to learn more and better from your previous experience.
To accomplish this step following things will help:
Stick to One Habit for a Month
While working on one habit, stay focused only on it at a time. When you get comfortable with it, only then you move to the second one.
When I started working on my habits, I started with building a productive morning routine first. Because I believe if you want to have a healthy, energetic and happy day, you must start your day with a good morning routine.
30 days for one habit is not a compulsion here. It may take you more or less than that to develop any good habit. But it worked for me well so I mentioned it here.
Take Baby Steps Initially
Keep in mind that when you are working on new habits, be patient with yourself. Give yourself some time.
Don’t overburden yourself while completing your tasks. Because if you push yourself too hard, you will get exhausted soon.
Remember that everything takes time. So climb the mountain of success with baby steps. You will reach the peak eventually.
Reward Yourself – Create Positive Reinforcement
Who does not like getting rewards?
When you accomplish a goal, celebrate this achievement because only you know what it took to reach there. Give yourself a pat on the back.
It will boost your energy and motivation to do better next time.
6. Learn from Others. Reach Out to Others
We are not alone to suffer from the problems we are suffering now.
Remember that people in the past have gone through the same things. But they worked on their problems. And found solutions. Even some of them piled up their findings in the gems we call books.
Learn from their life experiences. Such books do wonders. They totally transform an exhausted and tired person into an energetic and determined human being.
If you are not fond of reading books, you can reach out to people around you.
Share your problems with them they might offer the best solution possible. The key point here is to choose that person wisely, choose someone who is SINCERE and wise to guide you in the right direction.
7. Keep Your Level of Motivation High
To keep moving towards a better life, keep yourself motivated. Self-motivation is the key to achieve anything you want to achieve.
Things that will help you to stay motivated are:
- Stay away from negative people. And keep company of those who push you towards success.
- Always give yourself a reward whenever you achieve a big goal.
- Keep yourself active, alert and focused with a little dose of caffeine. For instance, a cup of coffee in the morning can keep you moving all day long.
- Read books, this will give you force to keep moving on the right track.
8. Remember Hard Work & Unremitting Devotion is Key to Success
We hear many success stories that we think might have happened overnight. Behind every overnight success story, there is determination and dedication of years.
When we asked successful people about their achievements, they said that behind their every achievement there is 99% of hard work and only 1% of skill.
Hard work is the price you have to pay today to get success tomorrow. Develop the habit of staying mindful and active.
To achieve your goals and make your dreams come true, stay focused and consistent.
9. Keep Moving & Be Kind to Yourself
While walking path to success don’t let anything make you feel down. Set a positive insight and keep moving.
If you want to fly, then do that. Fly high above towards the sky. Cut the strings that are stopping you from reaching success.
When you face hurdles know that these hurdles are the challenges thrown in your way to craft you into someone who can live up his dream.
While following these steps make sure to go easy on yourself along the way.
Mistakes cause frustration but if you look at the brighter side then we learn and get experience more from them. Your mistakes show that you’re at least moving and trying.
Tired of Life – Conclusion
Your road to success is not going to be easy. There will be unknown turns, bumps, and barriers in the form of fear, failure or enemies.
So if you keep determination in your mind, perseverance in your heart and your eyes on success, then nothing on earth can stop you from achieving endless success and happiness.
If you are tired of life then remember that you only get life once so live it to the fullest. You are never too late to live your life and make your dreams come true. Cheers!
